The only problem I have is twice I have been led to believe I could get a certain payment with a certain interest rate and both times it ended up being higher then the letter stated. It did get lower just not as far as stated in the offer. Thanks for doing what you have done though.

Promised a term and payment up front, then on finalizing deal said they couldn't do it. Shorter term and higher payment than we already had! Required to get documents notarized that didn't need to be notarized, I sold cars for almost 10 years and never had to get those notarized! Ultimately had to go with them as we had made arrangements with current lender. Very disappointed.
