Loan agents were helpful and I do appreciate the lower rate on my auto loan, but I was unprepared for the deegree of information I needed to provide and as a resuly the application took longer than I'd expected. But it was worth the effort.

The customer service representatives try to be helpful. However, I was not told everything that was needed to complete my refinance application (documents). So for about 2 weeks there was a constant going back and forth and sending unnecessary amounts of paperwork. I’ve paid my car bill on time consistently at a high amount, the fact that these people want an unnecessary amount of paperwork just to even submit a refinance application is really inconvenient. Also, they are not even willing to grant an exception of any kind during this process. I’m extremely disappointed in the process for riefinancing for this company.
