I was happy to be able to refinance my original car loan for a much lower interest rate by using OpenRoad Lending. The person assigned to my application was very helpful, but also a bit agressive even after I had submitted all of the requested paperwork the following day after starting the process. Way too many duplicate phone calls and emails. So much so, that I almost called to cancel the whole process.

Although I didn’t receive the rates offered in the letter I received, I still saved money. Also it seems that I’ve been refinanced through a third party??
