Kalvin Bridgewater was excellent in helping me achieve this goal of mine. I purchased this car after searching for it for 6-8 months. Yes, I was picky. My idea is if I am going to have a car payment then I want everything I want in it. Now looking back, I would have maybe been a little more patient, but I did what I did and bit off a huge chunk of a payment. I had no other choice. I needed a dependable vehicle. When trying to refinance after a year, mind you I paid extra every month. The banks made it miserable. This or that would not line up. I was hesitant to make the call to OpenRoad but something had to give. Through the process my questions were never ignored. I called, texted, and emailed Kalvin frequently. Everything was explained in great detail. I was never in the dark of what they were doing in order to help me. I had to go through deeper loop holds because of how my finances were set up. Although it was an extra step than most people have to do, Kalvin stayed on the phone with me and walked me through it all. Even though personally he had never had a client that had to do this step. So, it was new to him too. Nevertheless, he stuck with me, guiding me as much as he could. I cannot thank him enough for his help, reassurance, and dedication to this process. I joked with him that he better send me a birthday card because for security purposes I had to give him my DOB every time one of use called. Great experience all around. They dropped my interest rate 10%, they offered me GAP insurance as well very cheap! My other lender did not even offer me that. All in all, my payment was dropped $130.00 and that is including the GAP insurance. Yes, my process felt like it took forever (it really wasn't), but it was well worth it. Don't wait. Look into it!

Great company they were fast with everything and no problems payment dropped almost 200 and I got gap coverage and an extended car warranty plan for less than what I was paying gaurdian credit union and lower interest rates and flat out just way better all the way around board with better deals for the citizens and not thinking of commission base maybe some but nowhere near what gaurdian credit union has to offer
