I was very happy with the process until the end. Ashlee was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. However the last 2 weeks have been less than optimal. When I did reach someone to discuss what was going on with my loan it seemed as if I was annoying the person I spoke with. I had hoped for a final accounting of the payment date, payment amount and that the payoff was complete. I haven’t received that but since I’m getting a survey I am assuming it’s completed.
