Grace at open road lending was wonderful. She was easy to work with and any time I had a question she was prompt with the answer. She deserves a promotion/raise.
However, the guy that called me peddling insurance was lousy. I told him I would not be changing from USAA and he proceeded to talk down to me. 0/10 would not recommend. Fire him. He is the reason I gave 4 starts. If not for him, it would have been 5 because of Grace.
