At times I was confused by the process, due to multiple emails. I also had to change my representative with your firm, as my first representative appears to have left the company. After that things went smoothly. So, unfortunately, a 4 rather than a 5.

I would have gave a full five stars but I was told I would get a 10.9% interest rate instead I got a 15% interest rate kind of not what I was promised from the beginning

Thanks for your comments Leroy and sorry about the rate difference. Sometimes when the initial approval is generated the final rate can change based on the specifics around the vehicle and how much is owed on the old loan.
