We do recommend taking the product with food and would discourage it before bed just in case you do have some upset stomach issues -- you wouldn't want to lose sleep because of it.

I had been taking ceylon cinnamon previously, but thought I'd try this because of the chromium added to it, but havent seen any difference like i did when I started ceylon cinnamon previously. Then there was a marked drop in numbers almost immediately. Not sure yet about striction yet because in consultation with my doc I just quit metformin. I had every side effect in the book with it. So far so good.

Due to a varying amount of other factors, it would be impossible for me to make any meaningful statements regarding your product at this point. However, I can state that in the first week trying StrictionBP it SEEMED to produce readings somewhat better than before, but not consistent enough to make any compelling statements. This product is GREAT, when I discovered STRCTION BP on Amazon and starting how it could help lower your blood pressure because my BP was high especially diastolic 143/86, but now my reading was 120/59.
