I take my blood pressure every day at different times and have not noticed a change in my numbers. I take prescribe blood pressure medication and my numbers fluctuate between 126/72 - 148/67. I will try the Striction BP for another month in hopes of a change in my numbers.

Love it. Haven't felt like this in years. More energy. I now walk around the block everyday and I've lost 9 pounds in two weeks. Hopefully changing my diet will continue to help me feel better and keep my numbers down so I can get off of medicine's.
