Striction BP did lower my blood pressure some. I was hoping that by taking Striction BP I would be able to stop taking my BP medications. After I stopped taking one, my BP went back up more. Disappointed!!

I am an ICU Nurse. I never thought that I will have high blood pressure because I am very conscious of anything that I do including what kind of food I eat. When I realized that I have high pressure 2 years ago, I decided not to take the doctor's ordered medication. I looked for something that will both lower my blood pressure, natural, non-GMO, and no fillers.I came across Striction BP, ordered it and it lowered my blood pressure from 210/112 to 120/60 in 2 weeks. At the same time I went for KETO diet. I lost 20lbs, exercise 3x a week and quit drinking sodas, no creamer on my coffee and no sugar. I actually lost track of my supply and I have to find the company again just to know that I have stock in case my blood pressure goes Hayward on me. But my blood pressure remains low even down to 90 systolic at times. I sleep better, breath better and no migraine.Thank you very much. Please don't stop making these.

I'm not sure about this. I started taking Striction D on June 13,2020. I had been taking Milk Thistle for about a month before that and I also take Lisinipryl,5 mg. I had no effects from the Milk Thistle or blood pressure medication.
On June 20, my heart got really out of rhythm and my blood pressure went really high, like my heart was at 99 bpm and blood pressure was 175 over 115. It started about 4 AM. I thought I might be a candidate for a stroke so I took two aspirin and waited a couple of hours. Within hours my heart was back to the usual 52 bmp and blood pressure went down to 165 over 90 and continued to fall.
I really don't know if it was an interaction between the Milk Thistle and Striction D or what was going on.
So I've been off both for about ten days and plan to start the Striction D tomorrow again.
I really hope it goes better this time. There should be nothing in the Striction D that caused this, so we'll see.
I will try to let you know how it goes.
