BP has gone way down- yesterday for first time consistent readings under 130/80! Yes, thank you, I was so excited and full of happy energy, I couldn't go to sleep last night until late. I've been following your guides for eating healthy and it is amazing! Root veggies, ginger slices w/green tea, moringa and hibiscus teas. Cut to half cup coffee every other day or two. Cut salt using fresh garlic and spices, steamed fresh beets is a winner too! Green leafy salads with all the fixings with squeezed lemon juice. Cut way back on red meat and eating lots of wild Alaskan broiled Salmon/halibut/cod, baked and once a week fried pollock cubes covered in panko. Fresh veggies and lots of fruit, wild blueberries and high fiber cereal. I cut the whole milk with spring water ;) Raw nuts medley for snacks and lots of fresh water. Also, slowly implementing an exercise routine along with walks and yard work too. I believe most was stress/bad eating habits/lack of exercise and insomnia put me on a vicious unhealthy cycle. Your formula works on me, I'm very grateful, thank you so much

So far so good! I usually drink beet juice to keep my blood pressure under control, so this was the main reason I ordered StricktionbBP! It does keep my BP in check, not quite as quick as the beet juice, but I think it will eventually get there! I do know it is suppose to help to keep your blood sugar down too! I have good blood sugar numbers, so you are very correct to say take these pills after a full meal, because one morning I rushed out and only ate a banana and in the middle of the day I started shaking and I realized I took those 2 pills without eating a full breakfast and it caused my sugar level to drop! I got something to eat right away and I was fine! Also I am beginning to see my energy level better, but not where I want it to be!!All in all, I highly recommend Striction BP!

I feel good and I have no side effects. My blood sugar is down to 130 from 150-180 range. I experienced a low sugar this morning. I probably need to start cutting back on some of my insulin.
