I've only been on it a couple of weeks, so it's really too early to tell if it is effective or not yet. But I'm not discouraged. Ask me this question in a couple of more weeks and I will know more. Didn't you say it would take at least 30 days to produce results? We shall see.

I have had high BP for years. Whenever it would go up,the dr would just tell me to add another pill. Then. If the one number went above 160, take 2 of these. Finally said I had enough. Since I started taking striction BP, it is down to 135/83. Couldn’t be happier
