It seams to begin to work some what. I have been able to cut my meds in half. My goal was to get off Metformin all together, as my doctor indicated the readings on my kidneys weren't good. He indicated he would have to take me off of Metformin soon, and go to something else, probably a needle. I am trying to get off on my own. Its slow going so I can not rate it fully as of yet. I need a little more time. I can not use it if it can not replace my metformin.

I have only been taking it for 13 days. My BP was 177/103 a couple of days prior, but dropped to 154/98 and then dropped to 145-147. After one week, I had a couple of 134/85 days and then a couple of 148/91 days. This morning I was 127/82 with a high reading of 130/80. I take my BP each morning on arising, three times with one minute rest between readings. I also started walking a half mile per day, but I have missed walking several days and my BP still seems to be dropping. I also cut out all sugar when I started Striction BP. I have told several others about it and they will be ordering it, depending on my outcome.

Last reading by the doctor indicated blood pressure was back to an acceptable range.. Many changes were made to diet and certain family issues resolved. With the use of your product It would appear that it helped... Hard to tell definitively but I suspect it had to have some bearing on the improvement. Not the glowing report you may have wanted but if there weren't the number of factors involved it may

I tried Striction BP for a couple of weeks but it didn't seem to help and I felt ill while taking it. I quit taking it and felt better a few days later. There must have been something in it that doesn't agree with me. I wish I could give a more positive review. I was so hoping it would help me. I may try it again to see if it does the same or maybe it was something else. I take magnesium everyday as well as all the B vitamins. Never heard of Ceylon Cinnamon before.
