Initial delivery was fine but no mounting brackets or bolts. I became frustrated by trying to solve the issue via email. Once I got to talk to someone, the mounting kit was sent and the nudge bar looks good. Make it easier to get problems sorted by talking, not emails.

Plate appears solid with clean welds. mounting a 9000 lb Warne winch to the plate worked seamlessly - all bolt holes and cut-outs were aligned perfectly (standard design).

I tried to order windows shades for an extra cab Ute, OBD had them. To secure the order and not get out of my chair I requested a quote, which was offered. A couple of days later I tried to shift the quote to my shopping trolley, I could not do it. I requested their help which took me to Stripe, their. money receiving company, I paid then waited. 3 weeks later I asked what was happening, they replied that they still have my order but not my money so I sent the bank withdrawal notice. They looked for the transaction but couldn't find it. After several emails I remembere Stipe and emailed them,, 3 days later it was in the mail, shortly there after it was on my Ute. OzBestDeals system was lacking in one area but their staff kept persevering with me and I definitely will shop with them again.

Bought new 79 series headlights. One was faulty and an auto electrician wrote a diagnosis that it was a manufacturing fault, took photos and videos. After constant emails trying to get a replacement over many months, I then had to involve The Office of Fair Trading. It then still took months and eventually they said send it back for assessment. They had the returned item for more than 3 weeks and no replacement sent until I resorted to daily email harassment. After a nearly 10 month battle I finally received a replacement. Stay away from this retailer - they don't honour their warranties without a long hard fight.

Got the heavy duty tub rack from my ranger wildtrak
Absolutely love it great fit and finish.
Just had to trim down the side rails because of the wildtrak sail plain not big deal.
This thing is super heavy duty

Product is great, only 2 things the instructions are not that good and in my case I bought the roller shutter for stock sports bar. It came with some cuts to accommodate the sports bar and those cuts were too big leaving some gaps. I would recommend buy the normal one and include sport bracket. If it wasn't for this detail I would have given 5 stars.
