this is the worst company to deal with, I order flares for a car and get sent a totally different set showing them.photos that they are not for this car at all including instructions that are labelled for a completely different car, trying to get them swapped for correct set is like pulling hens teeth. the staff a rude and hang up after I asked questions and a warehouse that apparently has no phone to talk to them to try get this sorted. BIY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!

Hi Sam, thanks for the review and the chance to clarify. The printed instructions are a general guide; these flares are designed for professional installation, which can require experience for a clean fit. Weâve supplied dozens of sets and also provide a clear video walkthrough to help.
To keep things easy, we approved a return and refund for you. If you shop with us again, please check the product notes and installation guidance first, weâre always happy to answer questions or recommend a fitter so the process is smooth from the start.

While my experience was good , I had been waiting for notification for the restock of the Shark nudge bar for my 2023Amarok. While browsing through your site I noticed that there was 1 left in stock and yet I hadnât been notified of their availability. In saying that I got in just in time before they were all gone again. Still waiting for delivery though. Hopefully soon.

Hello, thank you so much for leaving the review. Our team has already acknowledged this and sent you an email to get this resolved. Please note that the packages are always packed by suppliers; however, in these situations, we will always correct the issue by sending out whatever replacement parts. Please respond to our email so they can get onto this right away. Once again, thank you for letting us know, and please understand that in some cases, the suppliers and manufacturers could miss adding some parts, which we will always acknowledge and send out promptly.

Hey Zac, thanks for the feedback! We checked and realised our supplier sent out the latest batch with a missing piece. Appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Weâve since reached out to everyone who got this snorkel and offered to send the missing part or a refund for those whoâd already sorted it themselves. For any future issues, please donât hesitate to reach out. Weâre always happy to help resolve them quickly. And again thank you so much for reaching out as this helped us resolve this for you and other customers.

You guys sent me the wrong mounting brackets
Response from Oz Best Dealz

Hey, thank you for leaving the review, as this helps us understand our products. I can see our records show you have been contacted by phone and have managed to make the brackets work. We also checked with the manufacturer and have now resolved the issue, as there needs to be some extra channel nuts, which we will be adding to all future brackets. Thank you so much.
