Customer service was great as I accidentally only ordered front flares for my Navara, when I intended on buying rears. Quick response times & shipped my second order as soon as I paid the additional charge. But I will admit the flares are a horrid fit. They don’t line up with the body of the car, have had to cut a part of the flare to fit on the front. Also need to cut into my wheel guards, but don’t necessarily want to just to make a set of flares fit (that they were advertised to suit!!)
Unfortunately will seek elsewhere before making another purchase from here again

Instructions not very clear. The metal bits for the brackets are to small and fall out very frustrating happened over 5 times.
Other then that it is good cause it's lightweight and fits perfectly for my 3 door Jimny.

the service was good. But the nudge bar i bought is useless it vibrates that much because the brackets are too weak.

Hi Les! Thanks so much for your kind words, we’re thrilled you’re happy with the service! 🙌 We really appreciate you letting us know about the brackets, and thanks to your feedback we’ve already updated them. The updated brackets have been sent out to you and will now be included in all future batches.
Your input genuinely helps us improve, and we’re always here if you ever need a hand again.

Seems pretty good quality however the drain pipes on the roller shutter I got for my MQ Triton weren't long enough at the front and the grommet was way too small for the factory holes

Great product for sure . Shame about the instructions, briefly explains putting together but that’s it.
Nothing about putting it onto the roof. For those that need a little extra help ,(Me) .
I have now paid someone hundreds to put it onto the roof.
Not much on YouTube for my make and year.
So a little disappointed.
Should have gone to a company that did the lot, lesson learnt.

Bought a Kids electric balance bike for my 3.5 year old grandson and he has only got off it to charge the battery . He loves it.
OzBestDeals are very positive to deal with. Bike arrived earlier than i expected. The only negative is they don't supply spare batteries but they have inquired from their supplier about that for me.
So far so good

Very happy with your service, however would never recommend the frieght company (Aramex) that you use. Took almost 2 weeks to arrive with little to no communication from them. Their tracking system never updated and just kept saying in transit. Would think twice about buying something from the store again if they were to deliver.
