This is by far the best hand held massager I have ever used! It has so much power and it actually helps with my aches and pains.

PUREWAVE™ CM7 2-in-1 Percussion & Vibration Massager (original sku)
Somewhat helpful but overall vibrates too quickly, causing a bouncing effect that is not productive. In certain positions does penetrate the muscles to achieve relaxation. Would be even better if it could have a much slower setting.

PUREWAVE® CM5 Cordless Percussion Massager
It’s a very powerful unit. It’s also a quite heavy for someone with an acdf fusion. My arms hurt while using it longer than a few minutes.
The percussion is nice for trigger points, you just have to be careful when hitting some of them.
