I am still getting used to this. It is well made and convenient. It may not be the right tool for sacroiliac pain.

PUREWAVE™ CM7 2-in-1 Percussion & Vibration Massager (original sku)
I really like it. It does alleviate the pain in my neck, back, and legs. I like the intensity settings and all of the attachments that come with it. It keeps my actual masseuse at bay a little longer. I still like going to my local place for a deep tissue massage/ to get stretched. If you do not have the money to invest in monthly or bimonthly massages, invest in this. It is worth it.
