I use it specifically for my heels and arches. Heating pad also helps along with our massager.

PUREWAVE® CM5 Cordless Percussion Massager
I bought this as a birthday present for my mother who has severe Fibromyalgia, I have it to a lesser degree than her. She absolutely loves it and uses it daily on her hips, traps, arms, legs in general. It has helped her pain a lot because it truly does a deep tissue massage. I recommend this project and look forward to try the small attachment for my plantar fasciitis.

Love, love, love this product! I shave a bulging disc which causes referred pain on my hip all the way up to my neck. After just 5 minutes of massaging i was on the road to less pain. I’ve been using it for 20 minutes a day for the past four days and I am almost completely pain-free. Can’t wait to see the results in another week. Order this! It is well worth the cost of one massage

I love this. I had a shoulder injury. I used this to treat my bicep and shoulder. It worked. I pay $100.00 per visit for a physical therapist. I was able to save money buy using this with the guidance of my physical therapist.
I love that is it rechargeable and portable.
I sit for long hours and this help my circulation, which is the key to recovery. I highly recommend this product.

I really love this product, over 60 and helps me with alot of pain I have. Only thing is it's a little heavy for an older person to hold. I haven't used the facial part yet, but will try soon. Please work on the heaviness of product. I would highly recommend.
