PUREWAVE™ CM7 2-in-1 Percussion & Vibration Massager (original sku)
I would just like to say I wished I had bought this along time ago! Finally decided to spend the money, and glad I did. It showed up within 3 days of ordering. This massager is amazing... it's been a game changer for my knees, they have been thanking me ever since. I have osteoarthritus of the knees. One total knee replacement, and going for my 2nd one next week. My sister also tried it for her plantar fascitius (sp)?, it has helped her alot, now she is going to buy one too. Everyone should have one of these, I spent the extra and got the CM7, has variable speeds and extra attachments.I haven't used them all yet! I've only had this about 2 weeks... I particularly like the variable speed, great for the soft tissue areas around the knees, and the face massager feels great too, after a long day. The charge lasts quite awhile also. Best money I've spent in a long time.
Treat yourself to a comfy massage at home. I'm very happy I did.

Good product however I only gave a 4 star rating because I prefer a corded machine more than a battery operated machine. Longer massage duration and no inconvenience of having to continually keep charging.

This is quite a versatile unit that can fill a lot of different massage tasks with the variety of heads and the different ways they can be applied

PUREWAVE™ CM3 Cordless Percussion Travel Massager
This arrived just a couple of days after i placed my order. It was charged and ready to use right out of the box. The length of the handle and the weight of the device make it so easy to use on myself with no help. This thing gives a real massage!!! Nothing wimpy about it! I highly recommend it!!

The pure wave CM7 has been excellent. I had an issue with the shipment, due to fedex, not PADO. I called PADO customer service and spoke with Aimee Borras. She may be the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with. She made everything right with no issues whatsoever. I would definitely promote Aimee in a heartbeat.

This is a terrible product. Uncomfortable to use. Nowhere as good as my other massagers.

My massager is broke the part that massages is stuck and not working correctly. I have tried getting a hold of customer service and obly get a recording to leave a message. I have left a few and no call back.

the only reason i didn't give it 5/5 is simply because i find the massager a little bit loud, but that is the only thing wrong i can think of

Our new purewave is wonderful! Helps a lot with my foot pain and restless legs. It is a bit strong and heavy after you use it for a while. I would still recommend to anyone!

Our family has had several in home massage units but all were cord powered. It is nice to have a battery powered one, light enough to travel with. The percussion is not so hard that it hurts when using on sore joints. The CM7 has a good design but we would suggest these improvements:
1) Make the attachment that is to be used for applying lotions and oils a screw on one that is larger. The one that come with the product slips off continually. We stopped using it for that reason.
3) Skip the stand. It is easier to just place it on a shelf with the attachments using the bag that came with it. Also this way the attachments do not get dusty.
3) We personally did not like the scalp attachment.
