I don't believe you applied my 20% to my first order, but it's a gift for my mom, so when she opens it on Christmas Day, I can give a better review

I had a great experience with the costumer service team. I missed my FedEx delivery and my package got automatically returned to PADO but delayed by several days. I reached out to costumer services and got a response within an hour. I requested my order be shipped back to me whenever received. Instead, they were nice enough to send me a new package via expedited FedEx. The team tracked the order and communicated with me often until I received it. The product arrived fast, in perfect conditions and exactly as described in the website. I got the Purewave CM 07 for a gift, but now will be ordering another for myself. I highly recommend it!

As an aging bodyworker, I often end my day with aches and pains. I heard a recommendation from another therapist who highly recommended the Pure Wave massager. I decided to try it out and I have say that it has exceeded my expectations!
It feels and behaves like a professional product. I ordered another one for my daughter who is very happy with it. Her message was ( a quote) Psoas I was saying....I believe I can actually access my psoas with this!

GREAT product and price. (Purchased during online Monday). Packaged well and arrived fast. Charged quickly and put to immediate use! The Pure Wave #7 replaces a 10+ old "Relaxor" massager that was plug-in and very heavy. Love the multiple attachments. Already have a couple of favorites (don't tell the others!) Pado - my muscles thank you!

The order process and delivery was very easy and fast. The GenII arrived just as described. I was already familiar with an older model and this works even better. Enjoy.

Purewave provides the best quick relief.. I use it almost daily. The cordless feature and reach allows me to give myself immediate relief in spot areas. The customer service is also excellent and responsive.

First of all, My PADO massager is my best friend. I am 84 years young and it is my roommate! It keeps me active in my home and garden. During Covid and being isolated the Pado MASSAGER is the safest friend one could have! It konked out on me but the company was very prompt in replacing it and always stand behjnd their product. If you are aching or simply want a most worthy gift to give someone--You've found it! Thank you Prodo ( : A truly satisfied customer, Jean
