Key part on the vibrating end fell off when I turned it on. Need better quality control before shipping to customers. Pado responded quickly and are sending a replacement so good customer service which is really important.

Have two machines and use them at same time on medium to wake up the body every morning and then micro massage end tip on my head and neck. Which has been instrumental to recovering from 3 tick borne disease including Lyme. All of these can have significant cognitive impairment assocaited with them and the Purewave was instrumental in my recovery stimulating blood flow, lymph flow and opening the body to healing. So much so I just purchase 2 more so when my current 2 break I will have a set ready to go.
