I purchased the 7 and the power of the messages in great but the battery dies very quickly. I have used the 5 and feel the battery was better and would much rather have a piece of equipment that last with a better battery. I am not satisfied with the quality of the battery on the 7.

I have to be honest I was very excited to use this product and it was great at first but then after not even 30 uses and the battery doesn't last anymore, after 30 minutes it dies. I'm not going to send it back just because 30 minutes is better than nothing but It would be nice to get a replacement.

This machine is absolutely incredible. My husband is a physiotherapist, and uses the Prado daily in his practice. Quite a few of his clients have purchased their own, after seeing how specific application can greatly improve their lives. Not only does it get used in his professional setting, we use it daily at home.
Your customer support is fantastic to work with, shipping is speedy, and the quality of the products offered is top notch. Thank you for providing not only a fantastic product, but true support and caring for your customers.
