The charger gets extremely hot which is a cause for concern. I emailed customer support and never received an answer.

The device is good but i would love if it was stronger. It does not get tough muscle knots out. I probably will need to invest into a stronger massaging device. But the purewave is good when you don’t have very tight muscles.

PADO is thorough and informative, the Generation II is an absolute must or anyone that is pro-active in their own health care. I have a sitting job, after years of being hands-on patient care. The GenII gets to spot relieving muscle tension and knots. My friend actually showed me hers, the rest is history. I love this magnificent hand held device that is multi-functional with levels of intensity for all my needs. Thank you.

I often recommend my Pure Wave CM 07. As a massage therapist recommending tools that can be used between treatments is vital.. I am proud to show off my CM 07 to my facial massage tools to my aesthetic colleagues. I am looking forward to my next purchase for my aesthetic practice. Thank you so much.
