Whenever you're creating a transaction or when I'm reviewing documents, it goes a lot faster and easier with Pipeline rather than sitting here with stacks of papers and manually reviewing and initialing each document. That's been great - and very efficient. When agents are out and about or need something immediately, they have access to it on every platform. It's on my iPad, my phone, or my computer and laptop. If the lender needs a disclosure statement, I am able to pull it up on Paperless Pipeline and email it right there. People are impressed because they ask for a file and I am able to forward it to them right away. It's just much quicker and easier.

We met with Pipeline reps online and talked about costs. When we saw the presentation, we said, This is something that we need to jump on.' We looked at it being cost effective. It's been good for us. And people are on board with this and are utilizing the system really well.

Soon enough they realized that they could actually access any document from anywhere at any time. Agents could be on vacation and they could resend a missing contract page a title company needed for settlement ﾖ all from their phone. And that was something that was very valuable. It's just an easy program to use. It's simple. It's beautiful. It gets the job done without being complicated.
