We LOVE paperless pipeline for our office. It's the best paperless option that we've been able to find that fits all of our office needs, and we've done our research on companies. With 70+ agents, paperless pipeline allows our agents to send in documents from in the office or on the go, where our staff can then review and assign the documents to the correct files for them. Or for our more experienced agents and team assistants, we have the ability to give them control of managing their own files and they really enjoy having that capability. Our agents LOVE the flexibility this system offers so they can manage their business from anywhere so they can spend less time in the office, and more time doing what they do best, selling real estate. On the admin side of it, we love the flexibility the system offers us to create our own file statuses, checklist, and deadlines so we can run the system how WE want. No other software is as flexible to our needs and we would highly recommend paperless pipeline to any office wanting to run a paperless business!
