We have been using Paperless Pipeline for over 5 years. Our brokerage has about 200 agents. Nearly all of them take advantage of the time-saving and paper-saving features that the program has. Our transaction processing time on the office staff side is half of what it was when we had to handle all the paper. Our savings on the cost of paper alone more than pays for the amount we pay to Paperless Pipeline. We have been able to be more organized storing virtually all of our files on Paperless. We maintain hardly any paper files anymore.

I love Paperless Pipeline! The checklists help me track the documents I still need to complete my file. All the information about the transaction is on one page and easy to find. The color coordinated flags also make my life much easier when tracking for documents that need to be completed.

So much bang for your buck!! I love Paperless Pipeline. It tracks, notifies, keeps records, give my agents only the permissions they need and auto emails them when paperwork is due. It also keeps track of commissions for 1099 purposes!! And it downloads all transactions to a handy dandy spreadsheet!! It's the best system I've tried!!!

Paperless Pipeline was the PERFECT choice for our office. We have a wide range of experience levels within our office when it comes to technology, and Paperless Pipeline is easy enough for our novice users, while still offering the more advanced features for our expert “techies.” I adapted quickly to the administrative role, set up the company within the software, and from there it was simple to implement with the agents and staff. The training modules and help section are phenomenal, so I have rarely had to contact anyone beyond there for support - I can find my answers quickly and clearly within their pre-written modules nearly every time. As you can see, I’m completely satisfied with our choice to use Paperless Pipeline.

Love the pipeline but would like a few changes so make life easier..
1. Would be nice when you have contacts on a transaction that you can just check a box next to their name to include them on the email without having to add them as a user of the pipeline.
