Maximum One has been using Paperless Pipeline since February 2013. I cannot imagine being the Compliance Broker for a Company with more than 1000 agents without it. The simplicity and proficiency is astounding. The Commission Module is a dream come true. It keeps up with the Agents Cap, Sales Volume, Fees. The monthly reports that I run for the Owner, Dave Kubat, are so detailed. Paperless Pipeline has made my job so much easier.

Paperless pipeline changed my life. Not sure if that means my life sucks or Paperless pipeline rocks :) it's a key part of my business and one of my competitive advantages. I don't tell too many people in my marketplace about it because I don't want anybody else to use it. My agents love it. Easy to use, intuitive and they are always updating it to stay relevant.

I love Paperless Pipeline! I used Paperless Pipeline at an agency that I worked for and when I decided to open my own agency, Bliss Real Estate, it was the only transaction management service that I wanted to use. I did look at all the other companies that offer transaction management service but ultimately could not find a better and easier one to use than Paperless Pipeline. The commission module is great too!

Paperless Pipeline is an amazing tool for Real Estate Agents! We keep track of all our transactions in one place but I can also access it from my phone!!!! Its so customizable I set down at my computer in the morning and I know what tasks I need to do for that day. It truly is an amazing tool!!!

I've been using PPL for several years now at a different company, then just for handing in my own transactions to the Brokerage. I've been in this industry for 16 years and this is the best product I've seen for managing transactions. I've always liked how user friendly it is for the Agent (especially the ones who are not tech savy.)
I stared working as a Compliance Manager at this young company a few months ago and they were still doing everything manually so I implemented PPL here and the Agents love it!! They like how easy it is to upload documents, the checklists and being able to email directly from the system.
Now I've got the CDA module fully setup for us and am excited to be able to implement a new "system" for reporting with this company.
PPL is an awesome software because its so easy to use and your Tech Support people are the BEST! I'd refer your product to anyone...
