This sear greatly improved the trigger pull on my long ranger. It is everything it was advertised to be.

I have not shot this rifle/brake combo with bear loads or standard loads yet but with HSM Cowboy and Subsonic loads, the muzzle blast does seem decreased, though not hearing safe as though suppressed. The felt recoil with these loads feels less than a .308 W.

Installed the stock, hand guard and quivers. Outstanding compliment to a very cool rifle. I wanted a tactical lever action and that's what I got. Others are pretty impressed with it at the range as well. Price was up there but after the fit, finish and function, it's well worth every penny!

The Ranger Point stock and handguard are a great upgrade over the factory wood stock. More options for attaching slings to the stock would be a nice improvement if a gen 2 stock is ever made or at least to change the slots in the stock to be MLOK compatible. The shell holders on the stock are a great upgrade though it would be nice to have an option to attach a shell holder that holds 2 or 3 more rounds on the stock. While the shells do stay in when upside down it does not take much movement before they can fall out though that could just be due to the taper of the 30-30 round. Overall great products.

This T-Rex Comet Muzzle Break is very aggressive and very cool. My wife was able to shoot my new Marlin 45-70 Trapper without too much recoil and really enjoyed it! It was very hard to find any pictures of this brake online installed on a gun so here it is! The color isn’t a perfect match but pretty close. RPP loading gate and new trigger make loading and firing smoother than ever. Favorite part has got to be the T-Rex takedown screw!

Trigger went in no problem, feels better than stock. While it does get rid of the wiggly tooth issue with the oem trigger, I didn't realize this wouldn't eliminate all of that movement due to the fact that it's just how these triggers are designed. Also, where the heck is the logo!?! Logo looks great on my new loading gate, sure wish the trigger matched...

I've taken gunsmithing courses and have done all of the work on my guns for almost 3 decades, but the RPP Henry Handguard installation looked a little daunting, even to someone with some experience. However, after watching a few videos to learn the idiosyncracies of my particular rifle, the installation ended up being quite a bit easier than I anticipated.

I took my time and was installing other parts (Henry sear, RPP buttstock takedown screw, lever Takedown Screw, RPP stock, cheek riser, M-LOK plate, quiver, ghost rail & front sight), but I think it took me about 40 minutes to completely tear down the gun, including handguard & mag tube, and about 2 hours to put it back together with all the new parts, including shaping the new handguard tenon. Very smooth installation with no real hiccups.

I ended up using RPP sear with the factory spring. My trigger pull was measuring a consistent 3.5lbs out of the box, so I questioned even installing it in the first place. I decided to give it a shot. After the new sear was installed, with the factory spring left in place, my trigger pull went down to a consistent 3lbs and is significantly cleaner. I think the spring would drop it down even more, but 3lbs is exactly where I want a levergun to be.

I Loaded up some 130gr 38 Special with my Rugged Obsidian 9 suppressor on this rifle and I don't think I've had as much fun with a rifle since I was a kid roaming the woods near my home with my very own first 22 rifle.

She sure is a looker and draws small crowds at the range! I've never seen quite as many smiles as I do when I see others take their first shots of subsonic through a suppressed levergun. It brings the fun back into rifle shooting in the same way a manual transmission brings the fun back into driving.

One other thing I wanted to mention was the weight difference with RPP parts. I weighed the rifle before installation and it was exactly 7.5lbs. After the RPP parts, it was exactly 8.5lbs. I was amazed that all of this configurable and aesthetically pleasing hardware, which is so sturdy and rugged, that I feel I could throw it against a brick wall and it would just bounce and suffer a few scuffs, only incurs a 1 pound penalty!

I could not be more pleased with the way this rifle turned out!

Guys knocked it out the park with this set up- if your on the fence about customizing your lever gun do your self a favor and just do it- this is the Henry big boy x 357 mag that turned out great. Thanks guys- Dustin

Great for close range, perfect for combat. But for my needs, deer hunting, the visibility field is too large to be precise at 100 yards. At least it was for me

Installation on the Henry X was challenging, but certainly doable.

Quality parts. They forgot the hardware initially but were responsive and sent it out quickly.
