My trigger pull measured 7.15 lbs. average with a Lyman measuring tool. It was heavy. After installing the Ranger Point trigger, it dropped down to 3.8 lbs. Very happy with the product and customer service concerning my questions.

Very nice good upgrade, lowers pull weight and gets rid of trigger slop as stated. Only giving 4 stars because my trigger has a flaw in the side underneath the anodizing. Looks like a gouge. Other than that I would of given it 5 stars. Would buy again.

Marlin 1894 Lever Loop Straight Grip Stock | Medium Loop (black)
You are out of stock on the medium lever for the Marlin 336. I was able to obtain the lever from a different company. Installation was without incident (I didn't lose anything that could have become a projectile.). The action is smooth with room for the fingers. Even wearing a glove was comfortable. I will recommend this product to anyone thinking about getting one. Keep up the good work.

Its ok, that why. Simply ok. (#1)
Not sure if mine is out of tolerance but it feels sharp - but it is not sharp, all edges are beveled/curved.
Could be the angle of the curve below my scope.
Sharp may not be the right word - back to "its ok".
Function - Works easily/best without the scope. Now that's the other part. (#2)
Scope fit/function with hammer & Spur - has almost no room for my thumb.
Further examination caused by this review, reveals that the rear facing corner of the spur is the culprit.
Installed - really easy and had its on allen/key to do it. No rummaging through my bags for such a small one.
Appearance - above par on my 336SS.
Would I recommend - If your going to use a scope - my eyes demand one; then yes.
Not sure how well it will work with gloves on.
I also purchased the lever, loading gate and screw for the lever. Those items will be reviewed separately.

I originally purchased the complete sight with the clover leaf aperture. Very well made, the sight fit great on my Marlin 1894. I will say, being a former US Marine, I was use to the traditional peep sight and had a little trouble adjusting to the clover leaf sight picture. I ordered the traditional peep aperture and just swapped them out and I love It. I can shoot water bottles all day long at 100 yards. Great product!
