Marlin 1894 Lever Loop Straight Grip Stock | Medium Loop (black)
I currently have 4 RPP Big Loops on my Marlin 45-70's, 2 of which are pistol grip stocks and two are straight grip stocks. I also have a Big Loop on my Marlin 35 Remington, which has a pistol grip. I would not own a lever action without an RPP Big Loop, as I really appreciate the additional room for my hand and they look absolutely great! The workmanship is perfect and the service from the folks at RPP is the best.

I ordered mine for the L9-A1 guide rod and it gives additional weight in front of the trigger. Milling is nice. Guide rod is a captured system with a set screw .Looks very nice in the chassis, easy upgrade.

Marlin 1894 Lever Loop Straight Grip Stock | Medium Loop (black)
This loop worked great for replacing the original loop that came with my 1894 Marlin in .44 Magnum. Install was easy, and it didn't require any additional tuning. The medium loop is a lot bigger than I thought it would be, which is a good thing. I was a little worried it wouldn't be that much larger than stock, but I was wrong. It's the perfect size. It is about the same size as the "big loop lever" that came on my 1895 guide gun from Marlin.

A few years ago I purchased a 460 Rowland barrel for my Springfield XD Tactical. What ab awesome and powerful cartridge!. However, I and some others were having a problem with "Nose Dive jams" where the ejected cartridge would slam into the top cartridge in the magazine pushing the nose downward and causing a jam. Doubling up the magazine spring helped but did not cure the problem.
I recently purchased the Ranger Point Springfield recoil spring and after installing the unit in my pistol I fired off over 50 rounds without a single jam..
Before this I could not get through a single 13 round magazine without a jam.

Got my pack of shims in today, installed the thinnest pair in my 336w and it took any little bit of slop out of the lever I had. Such a simple install and improved the action of the lever so nicely, can't get any better having a smooth functioning rifle.

I wasn't sure that the shims would be needed since I was changing out my 1895 lever. Great move though, it is putting the finishing touch on my gun, 2 shims took up all the free play, and the gun cycles smoothly and flawlessly. If you are upgrading the lever, be sure to complete it with the shims.

Excellent fit and finish, with the lever dropping in as advertised. I particularly like the relived edges inside the loop and the ample but not excessive size of loop. This allows for a solid feel in the action, without a lot of ply between hand and lever.
Fair price is a bonus and I would recommend the spending the 10 bucks on shims to finish it out.

I just installed the new loading gate on my Marlin 1894 CSLB in .357 Magnum. It's well worth the time spent installing this part (it is not difficult), as it is markedly better than the stock gate. No more busting my thumb trying to load the rifle! Well done, Ranger Point.

This is an excellent replacement trigger for my Marlin 1895GBL. It was relatively easy to install but one word to the wise, pay attention to the placement of the trigger in relation to the trigger spring. It is possible to install this trigger in such a way as to have it fully **** on lever cycle but not when pulled back by your thumb. Furthermore, the sear will not engage at half **** in this position. With some advice from the RPP folks, I took my gun back apart and made sure to push the trigger assembly as far to the rear as possible over the trigger spring so that the sear was then able to engage at half **** and full ****, both with the lever and my thumb. Other than my less than adequate attention to detail initially, the trigger is working perfectly in my rifle now.

Was having trouble with a original OEM weak extractor, which caused issues in SASS competition. I took a chance on this extractor and works perfectly. The video was helpful, as well as having a complete kit, (COMPLETE meaning an extra spring, and a pin punch included - who does that!) The pin was a bit stubborn to get out, but other than that installation was easy. Make sure you order the correct extractor based on the photo description. Great product, I’m going to order additional ones for my other Marlins. (FYI The ejected cases discharge in a small group, to the right rear, at about the 5 o’clock position.)
