Purchased a murphy bed to maximize the utility of our son's bedroom in our condo. Only store we could find with extra options such as a desk when the bed is folded up and with multiple orientations and shelving options/accessories. Costly item, but shopping around the final prices are very much in line with other businesses for this type of item. Yes, it took a few months to make and deliver but well worth the wait - the final result is fantastic. Our son raises and lowers the bed daily to convert his room from a bedroom to 'office' space. This is definitely more useful than just for an office with an option for guest sleeping - the bed goes up and down easily, smoothly and everything is very solid and well made. Very pleased!

I love my mattress, love that they don't use chemical fire retardants. I got the honest bedding cool sleeper plush - it is fantastic, and the service has been great too.

Fantastic products and great service

Stellar product and excellent customer service. I had a small nick in one of the panels and Resource Furniture themselves insisted on perfection. Not cheap but no comparison to cheaper wallbeds. So worth it.

The shelving units and pop-out beds we had installed in our apartment transformed a useless basement into a cozy guest suite! They added some much needed storage, and the beds have held up to some "rough play."

I retired to one bedroom condo and Resource Furniture was recommended for a murphy bed unit which gave me additional space - for work or hobby. Wow, the 'revolving' solution with permanent shelving and an exceptional mattress has been marvellous. And then a couple of incredible chairs. Downsizing made (relatively) easy. Thanks to Christopher and the crew.

Excellent customer service - from start-to-finish. Predictable, fast, and professional. They took great care to set my expectations and ensure things worked like clockwork and nothing was damaged during delivery. They'd be 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that the delivery service scheduled time and then had to reschedule at the last minute. The delay was a matter of a few days.

Resource Furniture is unlike anything else out there. We have a relatively small condo, and our new transforming pieces from Resource have given us the equivalent of two more rooms. (You don’t need a bigger place - see the magic transformation Resouce can give you!) The bedroom with the Murphy bed + table combo is perfect for working from home, and the quality of the bed frame and mattress are outstanding - this is not just an occasional bed. Same with the new Scivoli table plus cabinets in our dining area - it’s a piece in its own right, and transforms the functionality of our main room.

None of this matters without great customer service though, and this is really where Resource shines as well. We were lucky enough to work with Melissa Boodoo in the Toronto location and she’s a star - thoughtfully helping us choose the best finishes/materials, explaining the processes, and communicating with us throughout the entire process (including being in communication on the day of the installation). Finally, the installers were professional and precise. I look forward to our next Resource upgrades!

I had a wonderful experience with Chris from Resource furniture... I purchased a Murphy bed/wall unit and Chris was extremely professional and helpful. He reviewed all of the various items and allowed me to make my own decision based on the information that he provided. I did not feel pressure at all. Chris came and measured to make sure that the unit would fit the space that was identified for the Murphy bed. He assisted in picking out the colours. When it arrived, the installers were very professional, and I am more than pleased with the unit. It maximizes my small den beautifully and is more " beautiful " and functional than I had imagined. Everyone who visits, comments positively on this piece of furniture . Although a pricey piece of furniture, it is well worth the money.

Really great service!

Our dining room area in our 1 bedroom apartment, with the help of Resource Furniture, functions as both a guest room and dining room. We purchased a Murphy Bed and Plurimo table. When we had a dinner party for 11 guests, they were absolutely amazed as we moved the table to the middle of the room and opened it to be able to seat 8 people. In addition, there is a table that can be opened when the murphy bed is closed so we had plenty of seating for everyone.

They have some nice people and even better pieces.
