This place is awesome. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They came to our condo to measure and recommend finish and fabric options. They even did drawings and 3D renderings to show us what the sofa / wallbed system and table would look like in our condo. They made it easy to select a great product. The delivery came earlier than expected and the installation team was professional and easy to deal with. Thanks for everything!

My experience dealing with Resource Furniture on 3rd/58th NYC has been a delight. I decided I wanted to save some space in my apt. so I went to their showroom and their sales agent Jake suggested a horizontal wall bed. I went home and thought about it -- and phoned him back that afternoon to place my order. That is when their amazing support crew went into action. A project mgr named Natalia came to my apt and assessed my space requirements. Then Aly, the logistics coordinator called to confirm their insurance with my Coop mgr and set up a delivery date & time. The installers arrived exactly on time and with zero mess -- in about 2 hrs the job was done. The installer didn't like that the bed legs didn't hit the floor exactly right, so he contacted the showroom and arranged for a technical mgr to be sent over to adjust the legs. I was unbelievably impressed. I would never have noticed! Anyway, the tech Pieter adjusted the legs with little foot-things...and I slept on the fabulously comfortable bed last night -- and this morning, closed it up...so no more looking at a bed all day. This company is terrific. I recommend them unequivocally!

Beautifully made furniture for small apartments. I purchased a bunk bed from them, they delivered and built the unit in the bedroom, with lifetime guarantee. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. The only negative is that everything is quite pricey. But there is no competition, no other business delivering this type of furniture with a show room in the whole North East. They are conveniently located at the upper East side of Manhattan, you can see and try most everything available online.

We are returning to a New York City studio from a large three-bedroom apartment in St. Louis, MO. "Micro-living" was our key phrase as we went looking last week for convertible furniture to accommodate our needs (while avoiding the feel a college dorm room)! First of all, everything in the showroom at Resource Furniture is beautiful and a work of art all by itself. We couldn't have asked for a more invested sales/design consultant than Aylem. Aylem worked impeccably with us throughout. For her, this meant showing us various wall bed and furniture options, uploading our floor plan to her computer, designing our space with the pieces we chose, and then modifying these several times over as we kept rethinking cost, layout, aesthetic, etc. It was a great help to be able to visualize our space with the furniture in it. Aylem really stayed with us, striking a balance between marketing the various pieces and letting us determine what works best for us. She was a wonderful partner in our efforts to feel right back at home.
