My vasectomy was completed over 10 years ago when I was in my mid thirties. John and his team repaired my mistake on September 19th, we are now in March and my 2nd wife is 9 weeks pregnant. The procedure was uncomfortably as my original vasectomy was poorly done and my tubes had been severely damaged. My healing process was longer than 2 weeks but even with all these issues John's excellent service has helped my wife conceive in just over 4 months. Due to recent morning sickness my wife was admitted for checks because of dehydration. The hospital conducted a reassurance scan and confirmed a healthy baby with a strong heart beat. I believe John is very skilled and I also believe he gives all of his patients the best chance to build a family. 5 stars from my wife and I.

From start to finish our journey was excellent. From enquiring about the vasectomy reversal and having a consultation, the waiting time to have the surgery wasn’t long. After reading previous reviews and the surgeons success rate for this complicated surgery we were happy to proceed. My husband was well looked after and there were no complications. Pain and bruising was minimal and a semen test shortly after surgery showed the surgery was a success. Falling pregnant happened quite quickly but a couple of times ended in miscarriage, but now we are 32 weeks pregnant expecting our baby girl. All thanks to Mr McLoughlin. Highly recommend. I cannot recommend Dr McLoughlin and the staff at BMI Bury St Edmunds enough. Due to traffic we were half an hour late for our appointment and then became even later when we ran into an issue with payment. Everyone waited patiently and made sure my husband was well taken care of after we were finally admitted. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all my husband’s needs were met. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Now just hoping for positive results in a few months.

Excellent service throughout the whole process. John did a free consultation to answer the many questions we had on the procedure and it was fully explained to us. From going in for the op both my husband and I was well looked after. Clean hospital and lovely staff members (even let us bring in pizza and watch the world cup game!). We honestly didn't have high hopes for the procedure...or at least didn't think it would work that quickly. But 3 months down the line I conceived and I am now 2 months gone and due in August. All of this couldn't have happened without John, I could not recommend more highly.
