I really enjoyed the STEP course, and found it extremely helpful. It expanded upon topics which I had just learnt, but taking it to a STEP paper level. The presenters are really friendly and helpful, but also highly knowledgeable, meaning that they can easily see where you were going in your mathematical thinking, and show you how to alter it to be used in tackling the questions.

I really enjoyed the course as it allowed you to meet new people with the same Interest in maths as you. It was great to discover the harder aspects of the maths and be shown how to approach it in a more sophisticated and logical manner.

Very good course- I would definitely recommend it! The teachers were very helpful and it takes into consideration a range of abilities. It's particularly useful because it covers such a broad range of topics. Maybe would have been better to go through some questions faster.

I thought the classes were really good and the questions were explained quite well and in detail, something that cannot be found online. The teacher to student ratio was good as there was always some to help. The group work was helpful in going through questions together as there were different points of view. I would recommend this course to others as it was very beneficial.

The course deep dived into maths, nurturing a logical perspective on tough questions. The MAT long questions course teaches you to decompose problems into smaller parts that are easier to solve before combining your findings to form your solution. It's very challenging but a MUST for those wanting to give a strong performance in MAT.

Everything was great I learnt a lot. Gave me extra challenge beyond the scope of HL maths book eg proofs. I enjoyed learning here as I could improve areas of weaknesses. Also eyplanations were detailed and beneficial to learn detailed answers. Group work further helped to see other approaches. Ratio of teachers to students was excellent to provide sufficient help.

The questions were very similar to MAT and are very useful. The session would have been even better if it was more interactive. I don't think the traffic light system is very good, most people say they understood something when they actually didn't.

It was a good sessison, there was a sufficient amount of teachers who were able to explain concepts well . The student to teacher ratio was good.i would recommend this as it was beneficial to go through the questions in detail. I learnt how to tackle harder questions and small extra facts that were un known to me such as the rules of inflection with cubics.
