I was excited about my order. First it was flagged for fraud, I called, emailed saying the charges are showing on my CC. It took a few days for them to respond, then a few days to confirm on their end and release. I had to call a couple more times to see where the shipment was and I was told that the items are out of stock and won’t get there for Christmas...a month later they finally shipped...I was still excited but when they arrived...mind you they should have been silver plated- the silver plating was minimal and horribly done, I could see stain/rust marks like it was coming off...or had been sitting in their warehouse so long that the polish had come off. I asked to return...they said sure...took two emails and I have been told UPS is coming tomorrow and then they will start the refund process. Let’s see if they show up. They lost my business...someone else will get it.

I ordered one flatware set in October. It arrived with damage that appeared to be from manufacturing and not from shipping. I contacted Customer Service immediately, including providing photos documenting the damage. Although there have have been multiple emails over 2 months including repeated promises that a replacement set will be provided, I still have not received a replacement set, and have no idea if/when I will receive one. A very disappointing experience overall with respect to product quality and customer service.

So far my experience has been positive. I ordered 2 different sets of flatware to review, decided they were not what we wanted, have returned them in original packaging and am currently waiting for refund.
