The place setting was sent to me instead of the person that I wanted to receive the gift. I'm not concerned as I often get mixed up on this type of thing. I just sent it on. I don't even get upset any more. It would let me check out without putting in a local number. In this day of cell phones I don't have any of the young peoples numbers. It's really OK. Just thought I'd let you know since you asked.

My experience was very good, other than the fact hat I was offered 10% off for giving my email address as a new customer before I placed the order, but then at check-out I could not find any place to put in the code (NEWS10). I called the next day and spoke to someone in customer service who was going to try and apply the discount to my order after the fact, but he never called back, as he promised. I have been traveling, so I will call tomorrow when I am home to see what happened. Aggravating.

I emailed for help identifying a particular spoon and looking for some replacements. After an initial email reply, I waited weeks to hear back again, despite several follow-ups from me. When I finally did, the replacement order was placed, but it was for the wrong spoon, despite the fact that I had sent a photo. I then followed up yet again (the sixth time) to see if the actual spoon I am seeking was, in fact, available. No answer. I am annoyed and disappointed.
