Vehicle Soundproofing Packages
I purchsed a kit for restoring a 1968 Plymouth Roadrunner. The product delivered quickly but was obviously mistreated and had been thrown or dropped multiple times in transit. I reached out to customer service and can't say enough good things about my experience. They took care of everything! The installation is straightforward, but I recommend not rushing- take your time in thinking out each piece as you lay it down to get into all of the contours. Keep in mind this stuff sticks really good and does not just pull up to re-stick like a piece of masking tape. It impressed me enough I applied it to my roof too. While I have a long ways to go to complete the car and it has no interior yet, you could hear the sound changing with each section as it was completed.

Damplifier™ Deadening Mats
Just a quick Deadner install to ready my vehicle for a small sub setup. I ordered the 20 sqft pack, and it did as much as I could reach on my quarter panels. It did about 30% on the trunk floor. I did 100% coverage on the top side of the package tray, and some on the bottom side of the tray cover. Then a little more un the underside too. Lastly i did the inside of every sq in of the decklid i could reach with 2 layers. Made a huge difference in the way the factory subs sounded, so once I get my 12 mounted; itll sound great with no rattles.

OverKill™ Closed Cell Foam - 1/8"
Superb product, this one is ideal for a tight fit area and still really makes a difference. Bonus great use is a seal for behind your speaker to the door itself. The options with regular overkill are truly limitless.

OverKill Pro™ - 3/8" Closed Cell Foam
Excellent product with superior decoupling capabilities. Currently only have this along the inside of my door cards but will likely have it behind every panel possible before too long.

Damplifier Pro™ CLD Tiles (Free Ship to to ALL USA)
I was quite pleased with the quality and ease of application of the Damplifier Pro Half Sheets. I used them on the doors and rear deck of my '07 Camry when upgrading my stock speakers and what a difference in sound output. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures, noob mistake, but I feel I did a good job for a novice. When purchasing this product make sure you buy the application roller, you will thank me later, it will make your task so much easier. My order supplied more than enough material for the job and I will apply the remainder to my trunk lid when I add an amp and subwoofer. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, would recommend this product and will be a returning customer. Thanks Second Skin, great product and customer service.

Damplifier™ Deadening Mats
First time using sound deadening in my truck and this product worked great. I used it on the back wall of my Ram 3500 crew cab and was able to work the Damplifier mats around the edges of the back wall easily. Great product! Will use again!

Metal Box Soundproofing Packages (RV, Travel Trailer, Semi Trucks)
I have a Sprinter van that I am currently converting into an RV. It has a 7 kW commercial generator that is cut into the side and enclosed in a fabricated steel housing. I spoke with the technical support team at Second Skin Audio and after much deliberation we decided on 100% Damplifier Pro for the primary layer covering the sheet metal followed by 100% coverage of Luxury Liner Pro. Wow! What a tremendous before and after. After taping the seams and cleaning up, I started the generator and it is now possible to have a whispering conversation inside. My expectations were for a moderate sound reduction. What I failed to calculate is how much sounds transmission, vibration and drowning on the generator was causing in surrounding components and vehicle structure. That has been significantly reduced and I am truly happy with the investment.

Damplifier Pro™ Sound Deadening Mat
I enjoyed working with these mats. They are easy and make the job fun. You can easily cut them and mold them to the desired position. They don’t smell, which is very important. I cannot tell how much they reduce sound and heat, but I don’t hear road noise which is nice. I cannot tell how much they reduced heat transfer because I don’t truly remember what it was like prior to installation of the mats. (It was 35 years ago since the car ran.) I did notice some heat from the engine compartment on floor just below the front firewall, but I don’t believe anything can eliminate it. For the thinness of this product it works nicely.

Works great and very easy to install. It does keep the heat from coming through. I put my heat gun on high on one side and did not feel any heat on the other side

Spectrum™ Spray On Deadener
I've applied Spectrum to the interior body panel cavity areas in my 1991 Land Cruiser Troopcarrier... what an amazing different. This stuff let me get deadening material into every nook and cranny and it is unbelievable the difference it has made. I supplemented it with Damplifier Pro on larger flat areas.
