Damplifier™ Deadening Mats
Initially I thought the damplifer would have been more than enough to stop a certain level of road noise and vibrations. I don't have a large stereo I am trying to make better, I simply wanted to deaden road noise. After trying a P percent coverage technique I soon learned how I needed to cover every square inch of metal in order to hear a noticeable difference. In some cases I needed to apply 2 layers in order to get a noticeable difference. That being said I would recommend the damplifier pro for any and all situations. I give it 4 stars due to the fact that it did make a "very small" difference and did look good and was an good product overall. I now need to tear apart my car again to finish covering many areas I thought would fine with the P percent coverage technique. 2019 Civic Hatch Final thoughts, get the Luxury liner Pro and don't waist your time covering every square inch laying this stuff down. The MLV can be slid under the carpet and is10X more effective for sound deadening. Not to mention I no longer feel the speakers vibrating the floor with the MLV.

Butyl vibration sheets are for structure born vibration noise, not for airborne road noise. 100% coverage with a barrier layer like Luxury Liner Pro MLV is needed to block road noise.

The Damplifier Pro and Mega Block work really well and are surprisingly easy to work with. My only complaint is that the tape that comes with the kit does not want to stick to anything but flat metal. It stays down for the day, but by the next morning it has pulled back.

Excellent product. The most important thing for me is that it smells good. No noticeable residual smell is detected after a week. I have a 1965 Pontiac which had factory sound deadener placed inside the doors and some of it had come off. I used this product along with the thickener. I used a cheap brush to spread the product on the bare areas inside me doors. It matched great and I am pleased at its sound absorbing properties. A great product.

This is an excellent product. It does not smell like others. The black color eliminates the need to spray paint the seams in case issues with the carpet gaps. Really quotes down the ringing sound from my aluminum panels. Highly recommended and would use again. Sheet size was perfect as well with quick shipping.
