458 SOCOM 325gr. Hornady FTX Flex Tip
this is an absolute must have ammo if you want to hunt with the AR15 platform, it feeds flawlessly, all the flat-nose and hollow points that I've tried usually will result in an occasional miss-feed, I can't wait for my Hog hunt this December

45/70 Government 300gr. Hornady JHP (Goldilocks Load)
Bought a couple boxes of the 45-70 Government 300gr. Hornady JHP (Goldilocks Load) for deer season. Shot a box to sight in the scope and get a feel for what the round will do. On my 22" Encore, getting a average velocity of 1986 FPS with mild recoil. They really are "just right"!

Miked all bullets and weighted them. I'm extremely pleased with results. Just waiting for an animal to meet its fate with this load.

45 ACP Defensive Solid Copper Hollow Points
Always a good experience with Steinel. The 185gr. 45acp ammunition was very accurate in two different pistols. The profile of the round allowed for reliability in both. No feeding or extraction issues and very good muzzle velocity.

I am not going to show my weapon. You know why. This 458 socom is some bad stuff. At 100 yds. anything that is in its way is destroyed. I am looking forward to shooting a whitetail in the neck and see if it will decapitate it. One bad mother.

50 Action Express 300gr. Gold Dot Hollow Point
After many trips to Bass Pro for a $45 box of 20 rounds of 50AE, that got old QUICK.
I was looking for affordable ammunition to feed my Deagles that was more importantly RELIABLE.
I cannot say enough good things about this ammunition. The price is phenomenal. The quality and packaging is superb. I’ve probably gone through 200-ish rounds of this ammunition with nothing but consistency, reliability and accuracy. Even better, at a price that doesn’t break the bank.
The folks here have some great customer service too and are quick to respond and very helpful.
I’ve also picked up their Garand-Safe 30-06 BALL ammo. Extremely accurate out of my old CMP garand.
I can’t recommend them enough!

8X22mm Nambu 83gr. FMJ- 20 Count
Before I ever bought this Nambu Type 14, I had been warned that it wouldn’t work, that I couldn’t find ammunition for it, and that I would be sorry. Sure enough, early experiences with the old warhorse were not encouraging. The ammunition I found available online would not cycle the Nambu, leaving stovepiped cartridges, bent extractors, and lots of headaches. Fortunately, I found two things that proved to be helpful. The first thing I found was a series of videos that @forestfirearms had done on Instagram and YouTube on his rehabilitation of a Nambu. The second thing I found was that Steinel Ammunition was working on a Nambu round. When Steinel sent me a sample of Nambu ammunition came out, I found that it was better than what I had been using, but not yet perfect. A few messages back and forth between Andy and me, and a couple more grains of powder and now the old Nambu runs like a dream. I’ve put dozens of rounds through this pistol without any stoppages or issues at all. I will be ordering a few more rounds before too long, as I am feeling a need to get this old girl back to the range.

It doesn’t work. My gun can’t even cycle the bolt whenever this ammunition is in it. When I can get it in, the hammer drops and nothing happens. Could be my gun but pretty sure it’s not.
