I ordered a custom 5 string bass set in some specific guages. The B string in the initial set was D.O.A., Another B string was shipped out and to me within a business week after a quick chat with CS. That shit ruled, this company rules. Now if only I could get custom flats and/or stainless wound sets, I'd be a lifer.
