I am 46 and have been playing guitars since I was a teenager. If you want an uncoated string I would shop no where else. The craftsmanship is on point as well as the customer service. Tom gave good advice and was always reasonably prompt. You can customize your set string for string which is awesome for the pickier player(no pun intended). If stringjoy figures out some coated options it will easily be a dominant force in the market. Honest opinion from an old school guitar player.
