I am enjoying these strings especially when using them with a guitar that has a tremolo setup. They seem to stay in better tune and return to their original placement. The tonal quality is subjective depending on the amplifier and style. Cleans are definitely more robust and chimey but when using them in a highly overdriven situation it is hard to tell with any string.

Bought a new set of phosphor bronze 12s for my '69 J-200 and immediately regretted it. Weirdly bright—though balance was good—and tension seemed off, with more fret buzz than expected. I've been using Stringjoy electrics with excellent results for about a year, and I was bumfuzzled. Played for a while, retuned, left them alone.
By the next morning, though, they had settled down and sounded great, and by that afternoon, they had a crisp warmth and glassy highs, rich and well-balanced.
I've since played them aggressively, and they are already showing much better maintenance of tone—better string life—than I'm used to with other strings.
Don't know what that was about initially—probably just me!—but I will remain a customer. Great strings!

Received 5/6 strings for my acoustic. Customer service made it right and shipped the missing string, but I’ve never hac that issue with any other string company so it was a little annoying.
Sound-wise I didn’t notice a difference a big enough difference to consider permanently switching brands.
In terms of longevity, my strings felt corroded and gunky after about a week of playing.
All in all it was an ok experience but less than what I expected. Will maybe try again if the brand releases coated strings.

The shipping was fast, the product is high quality. The price may be a little bit more than the mass made manufacturers, but you can customize the string gauge in each set, and for odd tunings (B standard on a 4 string bass for instance) they are the only way to go.

Balanced Set perfect for my Guitar Synth. Had a lot of trouble setting this guitar up ( Including replacing the pickguard) and had to loosen/remove strings a couple of times. I kept the same set of strings on till I had the action and pickup settings right. Interestingly your strings still wound up well and sounded great after all this abuse - not true of other brands.
