Super Feeder Floor Complete with Electronics and Gear Drive
Found myself needing a new motor for my cat feeder. After studying the options I bought the complete circuit board, motor, and gear drive assembly. Feeder works like new again. The price was ok and the speed upon which it arrived was on par with Amazon.

The product is great. It can take a little time to get your cats use to it. Just wish it was less expensive.

Thank you very much for your review and feedback. Your pets will get used to their beloved feeder. You can be assured of that. As for the price, yourself like many others will find out that you have not purchased a machine with built-in absolescense. You will very likely have it for many years to come and outlive your pets. All parts are easily replaceable and available directly from us with personalized assistance if ever needed. As has been said many times before, "you get what you pay for." You did.

Love it ! I've been a customer since 2013 and would recommend your well-built product to anyone that owns a cat
or two. Well built construction, lasts for years (in fact, I've never had one break down), and is easy to use . . . cats hear it drop the food, and they come running with a smile 8-)

1.5 Gallon Hopper for ASF-1, KSF-2 and CSF-3
This may sound like a broken record, as I just left a review yesterday...this is a wonderful addition to my cat's feeder! Gives me some added flexibility toward time away from home. Very well made hopper, added to a very well made feeder unit itself!

I love this feeder! The ability to use a timer for different feeding times is a huge plus especially if we are not home in time to feed our cats. The huge capacity is also a must!

Exactly what I was looking for, a simple and reliable feeder for Felix, our young tuxedo cat. who needs to be fed 7-8 grams, 8 times a day !
Each dose is very precise and the Super-Feeder is connected to my home automation system.
It was worth waiting for it (2 weeks), as I live in France.

CSF-3 Cat or Small Animal Feeder with Stand and Bowl
I have only used it for a week but I am really impressed by this thing. It's extremely user-serviceable and customizable. For now I'm using it in it's default configuration but I'm sure I'll want to wall mount it in the future. I'm personally using it with a zooz plug for the high reliability and it works great!
This is obviously made by a small company and it's a labor of love. Of course it's going to be great.

CSF-3 Cat or Small Animal Feeder with Stand, Bowl and ACDT-20 Digital Timer
Came across this feeder while looking for a product made in the US. Very impressed with this feeder so far (bought on 1/21/21). The feeder is a high quality, reliable and well-designed product. Setup for the feeder was very easy. Had to look up a few YouTube videos to get the timer to function properly. My cat adjusted to this feeder very easily and no longer wakes me up in the middle of the night for meals. The feeder is also pretty quiet, I have it set up close to my bed and never hear it while I am sleeping. I bought this feeder to help my cat lose some weight, and with the adjustable opening that dispenses food, I am able to easily adjust portion sizes.

Super Feeder Late Model Housing only for Large Chute Cover--no lid
It is amazing that Super Feeder provides such great support with spare parts and instructions to keep their products functioning at top performance level. Our housing had cracked after 6 solid years of our very aggressive cat clawing at the food shoot opening as well as 6 years of his owners teasing and rewarding him randomly by smacking the top of the hopper to cause a grain or two of food to drop out as a treat. Clearly this is not a mode of use that the feeder was designed to withstand and a crack had developed due to our abuse. The new housing was a reasonable price to allow use to refurbish and continue using the feeder with out just tossing the whole thing and buying new. I wish more products were designed to be user serviced like this for repair.

CSF-3 Cat or Small Animal Feeder with Stand and Bowl
It works excellently. Others that I tried I took back to the store. I gave it 4 stars because it was a trial to put together. The tiny screws with the washers were the worst to wrok with. If you have slightly shaky hands or some vision impairment, as I do, you may work on it for awhile and then put it away for the next day (I did). Also, the tiny brass feeding time screw is so hard to work with. Fortunately I had a screwdriver that came with a kit for fixing eyelasses. It fit into the slot on the screw. The black plastic tool that came with the feeder was useless.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Sorry not all was to your liking. As for the black plastic controller adjustment screwdriver, unless there was something wrong with it, we have never had any complaints with it if used only for its purpose. We switched to what you have years ago because of some instances where customers reported unauthorized messing with the portion controller under the rubber plug if the plug was opened. I understand the small attachment screws, but we wanted to make everything clean looking, particularly for indoor type feeders like the ones for aquarium applications. You also did not really need the metal washers in all instances. The metal washers are included mainly to keep from overdriving the small screws into the half-moon recesses of the parts. If careful not to do that, or parts not being totally locked in place, you can do without them.
Other than all that, like thousands of customers who have used the Super Feeder for decades, you should have it for a very long time with all parts readily available. Happy super feeding!
Best Regards,

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, being a Canada order and dealing with Customs, First Class mail and all, it could be delayed. It does however still show in transit. You may check tracking on the store where you placed your order.

CSF-3XL Cat or Small Animal Custom Mount Feeder with Hopper
This feeder works very well. Custom mounted outside in a metal trash can with just the feeder spout sticking out. No varmints have been able to get into it. Two cats are fed consistently twice a day without fail. All I can say, is that this works reliably. We tried a made in China one and it failed miserably.
