I had one for about 8 years and it miss-fired and dumped all the food so I bought another because I LOVE this feeder....it turns out that the first one just had to be re-set but I kept the 2nd one since I want a back up and it is a awesome product.

Easy to assemble with the online instructions, works great.

My order was filled promptly and accurately and arrived very quickly. I was able to install the replacement distribution roller very easily after watching one of the videos Super Feeder provides on-line. It is working just fine.

Shipping was prompt, communication was excellent. I found it odd that it had to be put together but the positive side of that is you learn all the parts. We tried an auger style one before this and the feed system is way more superior on this. I do notice some portion variation from a full hopper vs. one getting low. The hopper size should be increased as standard not as an option, it doesn’t hold much. Costco’s Kirkland brand cat food is the perfect kibble for this thing. I also like the timer is separate so the whole unit doesn’t end up in the landfill if the timer goes bad.

Got the extension for my super feeder works great gives me plenty more feeds before I have to refill for my fish tank.

I had to buy this for my neighbor because my dog broke in and shattered the feeder chute of her super feeder. It was so easy to find and replace the right parts.

Great timer! On/Off several times a day if you want. Choose a day or multiple days. Our AC Power switch needs a contact closure and its in the timer. We use ours with the same duty cycle every day the same. Isolated SPDT relay terminals. A patch of velcro to stick them anywhere. Available with different powering versdions. 24v works with our system.

It should have been added to the unit when purchased as an option. I had to wait and order after it was set up and used . I found out that to bee away for any length of time I needed the extra space. It mounted easily and hold a lot. It did the job I needed it to do

It holds plenty of food! The cats run to it when it distributes food. Love the timer and with 5 cats, in 2 weeks this still had food in it! I let mine let some kibble out every 4 hours in small amounts, It’s not the prettiest, but it is awesome! I did plenty of research before I picked this feeder and I am glad I did!

This fish feeder is excellent! I just bought another one to replace the previous one that worked reliably for many years. Easy to install and control the amount of food released each time and can set up multiple feed times with a timer. Added a couple of feeder extensions for two week feeding capacity. No longer have to worry about feeding my fish when traveling. Highly recommend!

Found this fish feeder many years ago and have been very happy with the product’s reliability. Able to go on vacations without having to worry about my fish being fed. I added several additional feeding tube extensions so it is able to hold enough feed for two weeks. Haven’t found a better product. I have it mounted in my pond on a pvc pipe with a concrete base.

I have used several different automatic feeders in the past and none of them were capable of doing what I needed them to do for this cat. After talking with Super Feeder, I thought this was going to be the right feeder for my cat, Glitch. Glitch eats a small amount of food (<2 TBS), several times a day. This feeder does the trick!

First, you are able to control the size of the food slot to account for different food morsel sizes. Second, the internal device timer (Feed Timer) controls the length of time the motor is activated to dispense the food, whereas the external timer (Schedule Timer) is used to activate the internal timer and the Schedule Timer stays on at least as long as the Feed Timer needs to run so that the motor receives power! Having the Feed Timer separate from the Schedule Timer was the combination I needed. And the Schedule Timer can be any type of timer or switch. As my house is already set-up with a Smartthings hub and Alexa accessories, I was able to use one of my existing smart outlets as the Schedule Timer. I can set a routine for the feeder, turn on the outlet remotely from my Smartthings App, or tell Alexa to turn on the outlet. Setting the internal Feeder Timer with the proper food slot adjustment allows me to control the amount of food dispensed. After the Feeder Timer completes dispensing food, I just schedule the outlet (Schedule Timer) to turn off to reset the Internal Feeder Timer. Is it an exact portion every time? I haven't measured it each time, but it was fairly consistent and at least as consistent as I was with the measuring scoop.

I must say well done Super Feeder! And I think Glitch now worships the feeder! I think I see a second one in my future for my friendly feral, now inside downstairs cat, Clarey.

I needed a feeder that wouldn’t topple over when I wasn’t around. My kitties are sneaky and can break the toughest lock, This was a great option as my cats are more satisfied with the serving sizes I set up. I also am using the WiFi plug which keeps the feeder on a schedule. Highly recommend!!
