I haven't had a chance to really play with it yet but looking forward toutilizing it for just about all my crating needs. Was surprized at the overall size so I had to make some rearrangements for it to fit securely with both sides open & flat. I bought it mainly for the scanning and cutting feature of some designer series papers for card making/scrapbooking.

Fantastic Program!

I purchased this printer to replace my sawgrass SG500. I researched this printer to find out costs of ink and was surprised how reasonable it was compared to sawgrass ink. This is main reason I purchased this printer. I installed printer very easily and started printing my designs. Prints were excellent. Thank you.

Pretty solid equipment. I received the items faster than expected. I would buy again so far with Swing Design. Have not tried the equipment as of yet setting up momentarily.

This unit is very popular -- it was back-ordered for a few weeks. It was well worth the wait.

The AMS 2 holds four filament reels, in a temperature and humidity controlled chamber. It has a feed tube connecting to a 3D printer (mine is a Bambu Labs P2S). A filament-switching module for the printer is needed, a separate purchase -- I chose the Bambu P25 module, $45 from Amazon.com. This module connects the AMS 2 with the P2S printer by data cables, and the filament source to destination with filament feed tubes. It was a little tricky to get everything connected.

The printed instructions with the AMS 2 are pretty rudimentary -- more detail would be appreciated, but there is lots of help online. Multicolor printing is a bit complex, and I am in the early learning phase. Bambu Labs has a good tutorial online: https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/x1/manual/multi-color-printing.

For most projects, you can save a lot of print time time by 1) leaving out the Wipjng Tower and 2) printing non-attached parts of different colors as different tasks.

When setting up my printer, I failed to remove two plastic stop pieces (for shipping vibration protection) and could not get the printer to work. I left a chat message to Bambu Customer Support, on a Saturday, and got a response within 1.5 hours! By then I had figured out the problem.

Swing design delivered promptly when the item was back in stock, and sent timely texts on the shipping process.

Overall, I am a very happy customer!

While the intent of the product is great, the usage is horrible. For starters, forget about trying to get this thing to go through your printer. No matter what setting i used, the printer jammed. I went to the socials for help and realized this was an ongoing issue for this product. I do not recommend to anyone. Do not waste your money.

Has alot of potential but I think I like Cricut design space better... I love the rhinestone
option but I will probably never use it due to the learning curve between programs.... :( maybe one day I will have the patience to learn silhouette....
