Silhouette Studio Designer Edition to Business Edition Digital Upgrade - Instant Code
I purchased the upgrade from Design to Business. I was unable to put the item in the cart until I signed in. After signing in, the cart then kept 2 of the same items in the cart. Which I didn't see until I received notice of approval of the double charge from my credit card company. What possible reason would I want 2 upgrades???? Your reply to this was sorry no refunds on downloads. As of yet I have not downloaded even one of them. I will never order from Swing Design again. This wasn't a $2 design. I ordered this in good faith after getting the sale notice from Silhouette. Your reply was very polite but it was sorry, can't help you. But hey, it was only $40, right? What do I do with the other upgrade?? I really can't believe that you actually want a review after sending me not just one but 2 sorry we can't help you replies.

Brother SE700 Combo Embroidery & Sewing Machine All-in-One Bundle
I started with a Skitch and I'm not sure it was me or what but thankfully I was able to upgrade to this machine. The customer service at Swing was amazing I so appreciate it. I love this machine, so far so good. It is a little more complicated to set up but once you get the hang of it the quality is awesome. It's a lot of machine for the price!

Siser Accessory Bundle Pack
I bought this bundle for the light tack mat and the etch and crease tools, which didn't come with the Juliet when I bought it. I'd love to see other bundle options in the future, such as the deep cut blade or just a mat option or just a blade and tool option. Or even swapping out the weeder and glide tool for other products such as samples/sheets. Arrived fast and well packed. Very pleased with the order overall!

Hi Richard, sorry about this. We are now shipping the updated hat frame set which functions much better than the previous generation. It is actually not a cheaper version but an updated improved version. Best, Will

Oracal 1917 Inkjet Printable Permanent Adhesive Vinyl Packs - 8.5" x 11"
My small business would be nothing without the quality printable sticker vinyl I order from Swing Design. I have never had any issues receiving my order in a timely fashion and getting exactly what I expect. I always get great stickers from this product. I also order their laminate to cover my stickers and even when I mistakenly ordered the wrong size they were great about helping me fix my mistake. I highly recommend this amazing company!

Siser Romeo 24" Vinyl Cutter Base Machine Bundle
I upgraded to the Romeo after years of being a cricut user. I watched some videos on how to use the software and then how to use the machine and was able to seamlessly transition to the Romeo for vinyl cutting and decals.
