Roland GuardLam Glossy Overlaminate - 20" x 150 FT
The product is very good, but the clear backing makes it hard to say what side is the adhesive side… You have to pile one end to make sure you have the right side.

I was supposed to receive a free code for the full version of Cadlink with the purchase of my DTF Bundle purchase. I have not received the code nor have I gotten any customer service to take care of the is problem. I am seriously thinking about return my $5,000 plus purchase.

Hi Malinda, Cadlink requires the 14 day trial first be installed first. We send the 100% off code to redeem the full license via email after your printer ships. If you are having any issues redeeming for the license please let us know support@swingdesign.com

I like the printer but looking into it more I might have went in another direction as the ink is very expensive

Silhouette Studio Designer Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
Over all good value for what I paid but would like more choice on all of the design and not just fonts and tumbler as I’m more of a 3D maker good value for money

Prestige Direct To Film (DTF) A3+ R Printer w/ Oven, Filter, Inks, Supplies
I haven't gotten it to print a single thing for months. I have been going back and forth with tech support but not getting anywhere. The printer has changed from one set of error lights to another and the user manual is only 3 pages long, nothing mentioned about error lights and what they mean. So frustrated with this machine and difficult set up.

Sawgrass Virtuoso SG500 Sublimation Deluxe Printer Starter Bundle
Absolutely love this printer. Prints quality prints every time and is super easy to use. The bundle gave me a great supply of “firsts” to practice on since I am new to sublimation. Would definitely recommend buying this printer.

Silhouette Studio to Business Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
Just starting to use a Cameo 4 Plus and wanted to upgrade to the Business Edition. The tips from the Facebook groups led me to get the upgrade here for a nice cost savings that allows me to spend more on vinyl projects elsewhere. Thx for being such an awesome vendor and providing so many great deals!

I didn’t get my code

Hi Tavoris, the code to unlock Cadlink is sent after the printer is delivered. The software is designed so that the user gets 14 days before needing to unlock the license. If for any reason you did not get the license via email please contact us support@swingdesign.com and we can get that sent out again. Sometimes it can go to spam. Best, Will

Sawgrass UHD Virtuoso SG500 Sublimation Printer Starter Bundle
So far so good! I have only had it about a week and have used it a couple of times. I am still working on the ink profile (it seems to print darker than I would like), but I am in the process of going through The Academy the Swing team offers so I hope I can fix it soon. I have learned a lot about using the software and the sublimation process in general!
