Silhouette Studio to Business Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
Hello,
I’m sorry to say I’m not happy with my purchase.
Every time I try to use the program it kicks me out. I sent an email stating my issues and was emailed back all the fixes posted on Google which I had already tried.
Unable to use the program.

I’m really disappointed with swing design, I ordered this heat press new but I think I was sent the refurbished one bc it has dents all over it, I’ve tried reaching out the moment I opened the box, I have photos of the damaged pieces, she offered me 25.00 lol I asked for a replacement control box bc it had the most damage an was told to ship back the old one first however I need it now so I asked for them to ship me the new one an then I will send back their damaged one, this has been a back an forth game an I’m over it an so frustrated that I paid 479.00 for a dented in pink heat press!! Very disheartening
