Very disappointed. Purchase experience was mediocre at best, the printer broke less then 2 weeks after receiving, took 8 days to get a response from tech support, and now it will take an additional 3 days to process the order and another 5 days before we even potentially receive it. We have lost business because of this. Will not recommend to any of our business contacts or friends.

Sawgrass SubliJet UHD Inks SG500 & SG1000 4 Pack: Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow
I ordered the sawgrass SG500 and I installed and did everything I was supposed to but have not been able to do anything with it as it states I have low ink and I just purchased it. Is disappointing as this machine is expensive and so is the ink. Shipping was fast I have ordered from you guys before and have been happy with my last purchase but this one really disappointing. What can be done to fix this issue?

Hi Yashira, sorry about your experience. Sawgrass includes 20ml starter ink sets with their printers. Even though it can give a low ink warning due to the majority of the ink going to fill the lines you should be able to get 100-200 prints. I have also passed on your feedback to Sawgrass. Best, Will - owner

One of the dampers came with a tiny hole. Couldn’t see it until I installed it and white ink spills everywhere. Tried to contact the company and no response.
