I had a $300 heat press and the Hotronix Auto Clam Heat Press - 16" x 16" makes all the difference between ok results and professional results.

Testing
So first off it is not swings problem for shipping where both the heat press and printer were damaged. The press was replaced fast. The printer has taken two weeks to get to the point to return it. Customer service has been adaquate but don’t really care that I have orders waiting and time is money. There has been no offer to make it right, by getting another unit out to me quickly, etc. overall not a happy customer, but I am sure if UPS didn’t play kickball with the boxes I would have been a very happy customer as initial shipment was quick and everything was delivered quickly. Unfortunately we just live in a time where customer service is just adequate, and that is supposed to be good enough.

Silhouette White Cameo 4 PLUS - 15" w/ Autoblade, Mat, Roll Feeder
This was a great purchase! I had been saving up for a couple years hemming and hawing over a Cricut vs a Silhouette. I finally decided the Cameo was the best option for cutting power and offline, single-download use of the design program. As soon as I saw that swing design had not only discounts on these, but bundle deals, I was sold! You cant really get deals on any vinyl cutters at craft stores.
This is the perfect starter kit for a beginner who has never used a machine like this, with a price point that really cant be beat. I am definitely recommending this to any other artists thinking about making the investment in a cutting machine.

Prestige Direct To Film (DTF) A3+ R Printer w/ Inline Roll Shaker & Oven Bundle
Over all great experience only issue was I bought the bundle and before I ever downloaded the software a new version came out I informed them about the software and they got back to me saying that it would be almost 200 dollars more just to get software that should of been offered or at least at a discount new. Software was 445.00 the software coupon I got was 379.00 paying the difference would have been fine but to have to pay half after just spending almost 7 grand was just outrageous
